Small Groups

Whether it's Yoga, Pilates, or Body Art – in these classes, I offer you the opportunity to train in a small group of no more than 10 people, allowing for personal instruction and tailored support. Whether your goal is to improve flexibility, work on your posture, or enhance overall fitness, I bring my extensive experience to assist you every step of the way. Every individual is unique, and the same exercise may not be equally suitable or recommended for everyone. In my small group classes, I have the ability to cater to each participant individually, offering exercise variations and adjusting intensity levels so that everyone benefits according to their needs.
